Mix 1part Tempura Batter "Super Crispy" with to 1.2~1.5 parts cold water by weight and mix lightly.

4. DIPPING
Next, dip item in tempura batter.

5. DEEP-FRYING
Heat oil to 350 F and slip item into oil. Deep-fry until golden brown. It takes around 4 to 5min.
